Now, a lot of us might already probably know the long-term rivalry (or bickering?) between Apple and Samsung. And again, just recently, Apple has thrown in a pretty dauntless move against Google by adding Samsung Electronics’ Galaxy Note 10.1 and Google’s Android 4.1 (known also as JellyBean) to a present complaint against Samsung in California.
Samsung Designates Kwon Oh-Hyun As New CEO

Head of components operation and business chief, Kwon Oh-Hyun, came in to replace Choi Gee-Sung as Samsung’s CEO last June 7, 2012 PDT. Kwon Oh-Hyun will now lead up the company as chief executive officer and will resume on running the company’s component business but will now be handling “corporate-wide affairs” as well. Read More

Samsung’s Galaxy S3 is impressive in many areas, but the phone’s camera isn’t exactly regarded as groundbreaking. Then again, we’ve seen the shooter performing pretty much at the same level as the ones featured by Apple’s iPhone 4S or HTC’s One X, so we personally don’t have many complaints about it.

Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon opens pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy S III, will ship by June and early July

The Samsung Galaxy S III is now available for pre-order at three of the five US carriers that are selling the phone. Verizon and Sprint offer both the 16GB and 32GB models, with pricing set at $199 for the 16GB model and $249 for the 32GB model (prices include a two-year customer agreement). AT&T is offering only the 16GB model for $199 with a contract. Color options for the carriers include Marble white and Pebble blue. Red, an exclusive color for AT&T customers, is not part of the pre-order.

A month ago, Samsung announced their 2012 Android flagship device, the Galaxy S III. Three weeks later it hit store shelves in Europe, Philippines, and now it’s time for it to cross the pond and land in the United States. Samsung has announced today that their next hero device, the Samsung Galaxy S III, will be coming to five major mobile carriers here in the United States all at once. In addition to the top four carriers starting at $199 on-contract, the likes of Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and AT&T will be joined by U.S. Wireless as well. Read More
