Another patent violation was charged against Apple by Samsung about Apple’s iPad Mini, 4th Gen iPad and 5th Gen iPod Touch. Are the lawsuits getting more and more expected each passing day?
Just recently, HTC and Apple has arrived to a legal settlement regarding their patent issues and lawsuits. Will Samsung make the same move and end this legal war among the two leading companies once and for all?
It appears that Apple is deliberately taking on Google (directly) and preparing to shoot em up with legal matters in their hands.
Now, a lot of us might already probably know the long-term rivalry (or bickering?) between Apple and Samsung. And again, just recently, Apple has thrown in a pretty dauntless move against Google by adding Samsung Electronics’ Galaxy Note 10.1 and Google’s Android 4.1 (known also as JellyBean) to a present complaint against Samsung in California.
Head of components operation and business chief, Kwon Oh-Hyun, came in to replace Choi Gee-Sung as Samsung’s CEO last June 7, 2012 PDT. Kwon Oh-Hyun will now lead up the company as chief executive officer and will resume on running the company’s component business but will now be handling “corporate-wide affairs” as well.
Samsung’s Galaxy S3 is impressive in many areas, but the phone’s camera isn’t exactly regarded as groundbreaking. Then again, we’ve seen the shooter performing pretty much at the same level as the ones featured by Apple’s iPhone 4S or HTC’s One X, so we personally don’t have many complaints about it.
If, however, you want to take the 8-megapixel’s video recording to new heights, we have some very good news for you. HyperX, an independent custom ROM developer who’s been handling several cool, functional mods in the past, has come up with an S3 software tweak that takes the phone’s camera and makes it… simply irresistible.

AT&T is offering only the 16GB model for $199 with a contract. Color options for the carriers include Marble white and Pebble blue. Red, an exclusive color for AT&T customers, is not part of the pre-order.
A month ago, Samsung announced their 2012 Android flagship device, the Galaxy S III. Three weeks later it hit store shelves in Europe, Philippines, and now it’s time for it to cross the pond and land in the United States. Samsung has announced today that their next hero device, the Samsung Galaxy S III, will be coming to five major mobile carriers here in the United States all at once. In addition to the top four carriers starting at $199 on-contract, the likes of Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and AT&T will be joined by U.S. Wireless as well.
The Samsung Galaxy S III is finally a known quantity. Of course there are some details that still have yet to be sewn up, but at least we’re no longer holding our breath trying to figure out every little thing like if it’s the Galaxy S III or the Galaxy S3. The one thing we really want to see, though, is what’s really inside
